My first version of my (free) Zuma Blitz guide has been completed. It contains all of the general tips on this blog, and then some. Let me know what you think about it.
The guide will be updated each time a new major feature is introduced (such as level cap increases, daily spin, etc.)

Hey this is a really awesome guide. Just a few things if you don't mind:
For the XP at Level 50 you list 30,000 which appears to be a typo. I compared it with the XP chart I've recorded and I got 19800 for Level 50, and then it jumps to 20400 for Level 51, which is the same as what you have. I guess for some reason the EXP jumped 600 between Level 50 and 51, but it's all 400 increases for nearly all the other levels except the early levels. Everything else is the same.
I also have better quality versions of the powerups and other images you used in your guide. If you're interested, I can upload them.
30,000 exp is what has been reported by many players, and I will verify once I reach lvl 50 again.
Although I got the powerup images directly from the game source files, I'm still interested any 'better quality' powerups that you might have. If you upload and provide a link to it, I will credit you if I use them.
Ah perhaps the PDF creation process somehow affected the original image quality. I clicked Document Properties on the PDF but was surprised to see the info for PDF Maker was blank; normally it says Microsoft Word or PDF Distiller etc, so I'm not sure what program you made the PDF with.
The most noticeable image quality difference was for the regular Chain Blast power. Here's the link to a zip file with the images: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/30677390/Zuma%20Blitz%20Game%20Images.zip
I am currently using CutePDF (don't mind the name of the program) as well as another program to edit the PDF's metadata.
You are right, there appears to be a problem with the way it handles transparency on the pdf. Although the pdf is compressed (the original is 30+ MB) I will look into your suggestion and try to fix this on the next release.
Thanks for bringing this up to my attention. I will credit you on the next release.
